What We Do
Installation
Existing ground (driveway, garden, path, patio, landscape etc.) is measured and prepared prior to work commencing, the area is excavated and back filled with stone foundation to required depth.
All necessary drainage is installed to requirements, recessed inspection cover fitted where required; shuttering installed to retain the concrete to desired shape. Concrete, Paving or Landscape is placed, levelled and finished to desired level.
Pattern Imprinted Concrete: Placed concrete is roller-bugged to flatten and push down aggregate, concrete is coloured and trowelled, after concrete is levelled and coloured the stamping process can begin.
Detailing of borders, manually installed crack control joints to prevent random cracking. The driveway is left for 1-3 days to harden then thoroughly cleaned with a pressure washer. After the concrete is totally dry, acrylic sealer is applied to the surface to bring out the colour and prevent stains, recessed inspection cover to replace unsightly cast iron item.
Finished driveway, garden, path, patio, landscape etc. will last for years to come.
Paving: Brick, Stone or Block paving can be used anywhere. They look great on drives and will provide many years of service. They can be used to great effect as paths, or patios, or mixed with other paving types to create a unique feature. They are a viable alternative to the more traditional asphalt or macadam surfacing for estate roads, and let’s face it; they look a lot better than tarmacadam or plain concrete. They are even being used in commercial areas of more exceptional loads, such as airport taxi-ways, docks and freight yards.

All technical aspects of your project will be dealt with including drainage requirements, manhole covers, and the location of expansion and contraction joints, site preparation and installation. Once you have selected the design and colour combination, you can then also select from a range of custom features such as circles, solider courses or other details that will ensure your paving is truly unique.
